G30 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the g30 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the g30 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g30 management. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those amended terms.
You confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under your local laws and are legally eligible to enter into this binding agreement. The g30 platform is intended for adult users aged 18 and above only.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on g30. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number and valid banking details. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. g30 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. This verification process is a standard security measure to protect your funds.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a g30 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform
- Manipulation of games or betting systems
- Registering multiple accounts under different identities
- Sharing an account with other users
- Money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Ensuring platform use is lawful in your location
- Keeping account information up to date
- Adhering to set betting limits
- Reporting any technical issues promptly

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the g30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local banking methods including FPX and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that your bank account name exactly matches the name registered on g30 to allow withdrawals to be processed smoothly.
G30 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a first-time withdrawal or when there are changes to payment details. This is a standard fraud prevention measure to protect the interests of our users.
Deposit processing times vary depending on the method chosen. g30 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any processing fees, where applicable, will be clearly stated before the transaction is confirmed.
Winnings from games or bets are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions. g30 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification purposes where required.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
G30 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, service disruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
G30's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual account balance held by that user at the time of the claim. The platform makes no guarantee that its services will always be available without interruption.
Account Suspension & Closure
G30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, false information provided during registration, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are terminated for legitimate reasons will receive settlement of any valid balance upon completion of the investigation. If an account is closed at the user's own request, an application may be submitted via the support email and all eligible balances will be returned.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g30 platform, including designs, graphics, logos, text, software and other visual elements, is owned by or licensed to g30. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The g30 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. g30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk, and we recommend reading their terms before using those services.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
G30 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice being required. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent amendment will be updated at the top of this document.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any disputes arising from the use of the g30 platform shall first be resolved through goodwill negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism as determined by g30 management.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible in accordance with its original intent, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
